I searched and searched for something

To give you on your special day

But nothing was quite goodenough

Or not the words I wanted to say!

I looked in the stores to find

That perfect little gift

Something very special

To give your heart a lift.

I looked in the bookstores

And even Wal-Mart too...

Nothing could come close

To being special enough for you.

I looked in ads of newspapers

I even looked on line

Praying that somewhere

A special gift I would find.

Then I felt a gentle nudge

That gave me quite a start

T'was if a voice said to me

"Look within your heart!"

So I looked inside my heart

At all the memories there

Of all the wonderful loving

Memories that we share.

And I came up with this little verse

That is so simple yet true

The best thing about being sisters

Is that I have YOU!

A NICE COOL DAY

Its a nice cool relaxing day. Right now it is a whole 56* outside. We have had a good morning so far. Quinn and Yvonne painted my nails and then we all went out to play.

Hi all. I know i havent posted in a few days. Not much is new here on the home front. We are all doing good and looking forward to a nice cool weekend. Quinn and Yvonne had to throw their jackets on this morning. I hope all is well. We love and miss ya.

Sandcastle

I just got off the phone with Marc and he informed me that I did not have a pic of Yvonne or him.

Yvonne has been a good girl today making sandcastles in the kitchen. Yes in the kitchen. We have a bucket of sand in there for Sneaky Pete (our snake). Anyways Yvonne decided to add some water to the bucket to make some castles. So far the sand has stayed in the bucket. Lets just hope it stays that way.
